Former Bangladesh captain and currently Banglaesh Cricket Board director Akram Khan, who test Covid-19 positive earlier in the week, has been admitted to a city hospital on Thursday.
Initially his health condition was good but after conducting a few medical tests, doctors advised him to be admitted in the hospital, informed Akram’s family.
He has been admitted to Specialized Hospital under the supervision of Dr Mohiuddin. Doctor’s informed Akram’s lungs has been infected by 30 percent but his oxygen saturation level is good at the moment. Akram was tested Covid-19 positive on April 10.
Akram has played 8 Tests and 44 ODIs for Bangladesh and currently he is the Chairman of BCB’s cricket operations committee.
